Shipping & Returns

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks or money orders, and only U.S. funds are accepted. Please do not send cash through the mail. Please make checks and money orders payable to The Miniature Cellar. Credit cards are not charged until the order is ready to ship.

Returned checks are subject to a $25 charge, in addition to the order total for merchandise and postage.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is by regular U.S. mail unless the customer requests another carrier. Postage and shipping costs within the U.S. its territories and possessions are as follows:
Up to $20 - $5.00
$20.01-$50 - $8.00
$50.01-$100 - $10.50
$100.01-$300 - $12.00
Over $300 - free

Please note: Some items, due to size or special packing requirements, require additional shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges will be listed with the item.

International Orders

International orders are welcome. Only VISA and MasterCard may be used, and only US funds are accepted. Overseas orders will include a US Customs Form Declaration.

International shipping rates are based on United States Postal Service's Global Priory Mail. This is the best value for small packages: time in transit varies.

Canada & Mexico

Orders up to $100 = $9.00
Orders over $100 = $12.00

Other Countries

Global Priority goes to 51 countries. If you're not in one of them, contact me via email. I'll see what I can do.

Orders up to $100 = $11.00
Orders over $100 = $14.00

Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 days after payment (or, in the case of personal checks, after payment clears). I will notify you by email or telephone of any delays in completing your order.

Returns

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from The Miniature Cellar. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly accept it for exchange or store credit. Please note the following instructions. If you do not follow the return instructions completely, processing of your exchange will be delayed.

All returns must be made received within14 days after purchase, and the merchandise must be in sellable condition. Please call for more information 440-729-6464.

Before making a return or exchange, please call us at 440-729-6464 or contact us via our Contact form, so that we are aware that a package will be arriving from you. We would also appreciate knowing the reason for the return so that we can maintain the highest level of customer satisfactiton.

" Refunds will be made upon receipt of the merchandise in the same condition as it was sent. In most cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.
